Biocat

BioCat is an innovative oil recovery and wastewater treatment application which enhances the remediation of contaminated water, reduces processing costs, and enables the delisting hazardous wastewater streams by EPA.

BioCat utilizes a proprietary catalytic media to encapsulate oil and heavy metals, separating them from water. This process eliminates the need for costly chemicals used in wastewater treatment. Natural microbes bio-remediate contaminated water, soil, animal and food waste, transforming biological solids, petrochemical sludge, and heavy metals, and convert the waste product into a renewable clean high energy biofuel which can be recycled directly, marketed a solid fuel, or converted to methanol for fuel. Desal

Desal is an innovative water purification application which utilizes a patented modular membrane filtration reverse osmosis (RO) system to treat brackish groundwater, seawater, and sewage effluent. The large diameter membrane system can produce from 4 to 7 times the amount of potable water than conventional small diameter RO systems on the market, resulting in increased productivity and considerable savings in capital and construction costs. In addition, the proprietary Fresh Feedwater Injection (FWI) System incorporated into Desal increases performance, reduces energy consumption, and lower operating and maintenance costs compared to conventional RO systems.

Steam Generator Unit (SGU)

Steam Generator Unit (SGU) is a unique application which generates high temperature, pressure and flow rate steam energy from a brine or sea water feed. At one-tenth the size of comparable boiler systems on the market, the SGU produces higher steam temperatures in a fraction of the time. Coupled with a steam turbine the SGU can be used to generate enough electrical energy to power the continuous source water feed as well as substantial excess electrical energy to power other residential, commercial, industrial and agricultural applications. Having completed testing of SGU’s Alpha unit and proven the concept WeerGlobal has embarked on the manufacture and sale of it’s Beta SGU production unit.

Kenaf

Kenaf is the essential catalytic feed stock for the BioCat system. This feed stock is derived from a plant similar to cotton grown in abundance in many parts of the world. A component of this plant acts as a catalyst to separate and remove hydrocarbons, chemicals and heavy metals from water. Kenaf is grown from seed to harvest in about 180 days yielding 14 to 16 foot stalks. The biproducts of the Kenaf in the BioCat process is a biofuel and methanol which can be used directly or marketed for revenue as a source of energy. In addition, Kenaf has many other marketable applications in construction, automotive industries, food and medicine. WEErGlobal is committed to the cultivation, production and use of Kenaf.

BMS Blivit

BMS Blivit "All-in-one" packaged sewage treatment plant. The Blivet is a stand alone, complete sewage treatment plant. It is designed to accept raw (unsettled) sewage and produce a high quality final effluent without the need for auxiliary tankage or equipment.

Transportation is simplified with the standard unit width of 2.3m. The relatively small footprint makes it eminently suitable for confined sites or high amenity areas. No auxiliary tankage or equipment required. With just two electrical components (the Aerotor motor and the Humus pump) long life is assured. Multiple units can have advantages for larger population equivalents, permitting staged development of an area (ie. Blivets can be added in stages) and duality of systems offering back-up during maintenance, or possible breakdown.

Nexcem products

Nexcem products, including our insulating concrete forms, are made from our exclusive cement-bonded wood fiber material. Made from only natural ingredients, our insulated concrete form construction materials are composed of specially graded recycled waste wood and cement. Nexcem provides two types of ICF products: Standard ICF and Thermal ICF. Like traditional cinder blocks the construction process allows the Nexcem Block to build a sustainable category five home. Cement-bonded wood fiber is a Swiss invention with an excellent track record that spans over 70 years.

Nexcem concrete forms are porous, lightweight, and very durable. Due to their resilient construction, these blocks do not rot nor decay. Our insulated concrete forms are also vermin, termite, and insect proof and will not support fungus growth. Nexcem insulating concrete forms are environmentally safe, do not contain or emit any toxic elements, and are fully recyclable to make your home or commercial building as healthy and environmentally friendly as possible. Best of all, they contain no plastic, foams, or polystyrenes.
